How often should we have sessions?

Students typically meet once or twice a week. However, you and the tutor will discuss a learning plan that works best for the child.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions last 50 minutes.

How much does it cost?

Individual sessions are $50. However, you can purchase session packages to get sessions at a discounted price. Please contact us for more information about individual and group (2-4 students) session pricing.

What supplies/equipment will I need?

Students will need their textbook, assignments, pencil, paper, calculator (higher level math), and computer. All sessions are conducted on Zoom. You will need the most updated version of Google Chrome for best results and best connectivity.

How/When are payments collected?

All sessions are pre-paid. Payments are due at the beginning of the week for individual sessions. Payments are due at the beginning of the month for session packages.

What is the cancellation policy?

Since sessions are pre-paid, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the session in order to reschedule. Cancelling less than 24 hours before the originally scheduled session will result in a "no show" and you will be charged for that session. In case of an emergency, please know that I am willing to work with you. If I have to cancel for any reason, you are allowed to reschedule that session for another time. As a member of Davis Math Solutions, you will have access to my tutoring calendar which will allow you to cancel and/or reschedule as needed.
